Beretta Fest 2012 – St. Louis, Mo.

It’s time we see a centralized location that’s easy for everyone to attend!! The Gateway City has plenty to offer its visitors with fun, family-friendly activities, great entertainment venues and an exciting nightlife. Journey to the top of the Gateway Arch, interact with butterflies, try your hand at some science experiments or immerse yourself in a little arts and culture – it's all in a day's fun in St. Louis, Missouri.

10:00 – 3:00: See the Gateway Arch & Downtown (http://www.stlouisarch.com)
Since Gateway Int’l Raceway has closed, I will be looking into options to try to find a track that we can go to. So far, the 1/8 mi track in Sikeston, MO is the only one in the area that is open. There is supposedly another track that will be opening soon, but I will have to look into that. So this portion remains open but here are the options:
4:00 - ?: Sikeston, MO Strip (2-1/2 hr drive) OR Mid America Raceway (if it is indeed up and running, 1 hr trip)
4:00 - ? Grab some food downtown at famous Laclede’s Landing, have some drinks and listen to the bands! (http://www.lacledeslanding.com)
4:00 - ? Take a bfest cruise, head out west. Stop at a few wineries (http://www.augusta-missouri.com) Make a stop at Klondike Park for a bfest photo op. (http://parks.sccmo.org/parks/index.php? ... &Itemid=20)

(Suggestions are: Forest Park - St. Louis, Mo. http://www.slfp.com/SLFP-FPFEmap.htm OR Laumeier Sculpture Park http://www.laumeiersculpturepark.org)
