Has anyone ever done or tried this swap? I know our ecu could not run it but aside from that. Would be a good swap.

If there are no threads on this website then no one has tried it. I highly doubt someone that lurks has a 3.6 DOHC motor in their Beretta and they haven't said anything yet.
The practicality of the swap just isn't there either. Way too much work for 275hp, and little to no aftermarket

do the LFX instead... might as well just go all out and get 325hp from a V6.

I have figured possible way to go around the limitations of law here, might just try to get 4.0 Aurora engine swap legal in case the Quad total destrucst some day.

the knowledge to get that v6 working is beyond most of the member around here. No choice but to go megasquirt and the rest of the car has to be able to support 325 hp.... So not only its expensive, you could get that power with a 3400 and a Turbo EASILY.
