Crazy Custom Beretta!

I've looked over this car in person about a year ago when I bought some steel wheels and used tires off the guy.
The body work is absolutely amazing! The interior looks good too. When I was there he said it's a 94, but then he opened the hood (it's split down the middle! so is the trunk!) it has a 3.1 mpfi in it, so it's gotta be a 93, I told him that, but he insisted it was a 94, and that was the original engine. That could easily be found out by checking the VIN, which I didn't do.
This guy has a bunch of very rare old muscle cars, so he probably doesn't know much about berettas, but he certainly knows how to do body work. This thing is completely custom, and he did it all himself. It also has a TV screen where the rear filler panel should be, it might have 2, can't remember. Oh yeah, and hydraulics. LOL
Anyway...
