I have a 95 beretta with the 3100, i have the LIM and UIM off a 2000 grand am... my only problem is the egr... on the 3100 it mounts down, on the 3400 it mounts sideways, do i just leave the egr on the intake from the 3400 both egr's have 4 wires going to them, what if i were to tap in to those wires? would that make the egr work??? should i just leave it unhooked?  also the throttle body is giving me fits, i was going to just use the throttle body off the 3100 intake and swap it on the 3400 intake... is this right?  i read some where a while back that i had to use the case off the 3400 TB and the inards of the 3100 TB... any helps is greatly appreciated.

also, the LIM gasket i purchased is for the 3100 95 beretta, should i return it and get the gasket for the 2000 3400 grand am??? help plz!!!!!

You can buy and adapter for the egr to use your stock one.  Use the 3400 TB with the 3100 inards.

First off do you have roller rockers?  if not your going to have clearance issues with the big port manifolds because they won't clear the stamped rocker arms.  If you have rollers then you'll be fine.  Your better off getting the EGR adapter.  You have a digital EGR and you'll need to use the 99 and earlier upper intake with an adapter because the adapters for the 2000+ manifolds are no longer made.  At least i don't think they are.  Then your TB issue is the easiest one.  Just swap the linkage over and boom your done takes all of about 10min.  Use the 3400 TB it's 56mm vs 52mm.  But if you don't have roller rockers which i doubt you do you'll have a bit more work.

If you have the notches in the heads all you need is a set of roller rockers from the 3400 and they will fit right in.  If you don't have the notches then you'll need to swap the 3400 heads as well.

I have pics if you don't know what i'm talking about.
