I have decided that Im not going to be making a jig for this due to lack of interest.  In the future an individual or a group may be able to get me to produce some by making me a good enough offer.

I will still occasionally update on my progress.

Some updates.  I have all pipes fabricated and tacked together.  I have the crossover, downpipe, intake, and a piece of the turbo to intercooler pipe finish welded.  The goal for this week is to get the oil inlet and outlets finish welded, weld in the O2 bungs (one for computer, other for wideband), get the three remaining pipes (turbo to intercooler and intercooler to TB) finish welded.  It was real fun to get the intercooler connected to the TB without drilling any holes or enlarging any factory ones but I did it   .  Was a very expensive section of pipe when all said and done though   .

Ill post pictures after this weekend whenever I can get to a computer with high speed internet.

I have offered on a couple ppls cars to do a custom turbo setup, but they would have to leave the car for a month or so. it would be easier to make it on the spot than make a jig.. IMO

i had a couple takers, but money is a big issue. i need money so i would be willing to do it. but the labor is the hard part to price, you can't go too high cause it will scare ppl away, and you can't go too low cause then its not worth your time.. and if they want used parts yo uhave to worry about how good its going to work, but yeah not much interest......

If you had a complete set for a 3100 ready to go, along with a list of other stuff (fuel management) that you need, and have the same setup running well, then I'd be interested.

I just don't have time/money to by tweaking my daily driver at this point in time. If it was a ready to go kit, they yes I'd be interested.

I wonder if there is a way to scan the ODBI 94 3100' to see if there is KR. That would be my main concern with boost, espescally since my motor is all stock and doesn't breathe as well as the 2000+ ones.

I was under the impression that you couldnt afford it.  Yes, you can scan it for KR.

Well, I probably can't with out a job right now. It's probably the computer management and new fuel pump/etc that would break me.

Once you got it all done and running and tuned perhaps I'll have a good job by then... _shrug_
