Hate to do it... Part out feeler post

Im considering a complete part out on my 95 base. Car is black with red cloth interior. Motor has all new gaskets, transmission new 12,000 miles ago. I thought I would post this first to see if it would be worth doing or not. Nothing wrong, physically with the car, i have a title issue with it so I havent drove it for6 years. Been sitting in garage entire time. Please let me know what youwant, also, im not familiar with pricing, so please be real with me. Thanks guys
