Official BerettaFest 2014 Proposal and Timeline Info

Disclaimer: I am personally very sorry for the delays this year in getting this moving forward. It is for very personal reasons that this has happened, and that is all I will say on it. Let's get going!

BerettaFest 2014 will be held June 19-22 2014.

Online voting for location will be October 27-November 1 2013.

Due to the delay in voting, there has been some concerns by people who have proposed locations. If you proposed a location and would like to revoke your submission, please voice this privately to myself or another committee member before 10/27/13.

For those moving forward with their submissions, please type up and post your proposal on the BERETTA.NET FORUM in the BerettaFest section. REMINDER THAT ONLY THE PROPOSALS MADE AT THE BFEST PICNIC ARE OFFICIAL.

I know we're voting on locations for now, but do these proposals include a specific itinerary or just basic location and basic things to do? There is one location proposal in particular that I am very eager to help coordinate as I am local to the area.
