Ok, maybe I'm missing it... I know the BerettaFest will be June 19th in Pigeon Forge Tn... but that's it. Is there a certain hotel we should be making reservations at? Is there a Fee to attend the event? Any other pertinent information available? I see a "suggested" itinerary... but that's not official. Is there an official posting of all BB related information available at this time? Or is it forthcoming? When will that be released? I'd like to make some concrete plans, but its hard with sketchy information spread across various threads. Thx

Keep your eyes peeled for registration to open in the next few weeks!

When registration opens you can register for the event and then you will get the hotel info. We do not post the info public on the forum, only registered users will get that info.

Just make your plans around the dates for now. Request the time off of work, etc. We will provide all applicable information in a timely fashion. Plan for the hotel to be around $100 a night give or a take a bit for financial planning. Use Google to approximate gas costs, hotels during the drive, etc... And the suggested itinerary will essentially not change save for small tweaks. You can do plenty of planning with the little information that is currently available. And yes, this is how it is every year and the way it has always been. Look forward to finalized info soon!

You can subscribe to the Berettafest section on this forum and should receive an email when new topics are posted... As long as your ISP isn't blocking the domain due to spam issues it had in the past... I unfortunately get no notifications at all anymore... as well as emails from the Admin.

I couldn't find info on the date when bfest 2014 registration ends for Pigeon Forge TN. I'm going this year (finally!) for Friday and Saturday only and so if anyone cares to let me know the cutoff date, that would be super! I will be buying the registration next Friday so I want to make sure I don't miss it.

As of right now, BerettaFest registration is open ended. We usually close registration sometime in early to mid-May. There will be an announcement with a few weeks to go. Not to worry you still have at least a month... but don't procrastinate it either
