Do these cars have a wheel speed sensor mounted on the dust shield on the left front wheel or do they acually have a speedo cable,(speedo doesnt work)  also the gas gauge is stuck on FULL, any input on these subjects would be great. Thanks in advance!

The speed sensors at each wheel are for the ABS system.   The vehicle speed sensor is mounted in the transmission housing.
'92 GT-Z 3.1L 5spd lot's of GO FAST stuff

the speed sensor just bolts on to the housing of the trany on the passenger side, i think its a 10mm bolt, not hard to change at all
(4) 90s, 91, 92, 93, 94, and a 95 Supercoupe (x9)
