Re: Beretta Z28
hopefully somewhere it can provide burnout juice to the motor.bonecrrusher wrote:Dumb question - where is the fuel tank going?
Re: Beretta Z28
hahaah......there are no dumb questions bonecrusher........... rettaX nailed it........the gas tank/fuel cell is planning to go in the trunk area........and when i say trunk area i mean ......i will build some kind of prob round tube structure that comes off the frame rails and connects to the bumper absorbers...... or what will become the bash bar.......the back seat / trunk area are gonna be walled off (rear fire wall) that will seperate the interior cabbin from the trunk space.

Re: Beretta Z28
welding vertical I've never really had problems with... Upside down tho, that is just always fun to attempt... LOL
Re: Beretta Z28
put a new starter in because the old one made crazy clanking sounds while cranking the engine. And removed the floor pan braces.
Re: Beretta Z28
installed the T56 and fitted the rubber shifter boot and short throw shifter
Re: Beretta Z28
I could use about four of those transmissions! Sorry, I almost drooled on myself. Nice headers, too. I love the six-speed in my Beretta, but that T-56 with the double-overdrive is just sweet. Not just nice progress, but nice consistent progress. Impressive work.
