The flange on my 5-speed with the N-Body manifold makes a MUCH steeper bend in the downpipe.  Yours looks like it's quite a bit more forgiving, aside from the fact that you have 1" more room than i do.  The end of my oxygen sensor almost touches my inner tie rod the way it is now.

thats pretty nice for a 4t60-e.  Ive never spun both tires on my car and havent spun a tire at all since the turbo.  Im scared to spin a tire now.
