De-badged and De-striped

Took the Badges/Stripes off over the weekend.  Didn't have time to get the rest of the badge adhesive off yet, which also means no time to buff it either, waiting for the next warm day for that.

Going to try and pick up some spare tailights to tint,  A deep cherry red vs the bright red they are stock.  Just want to tone it down an bit.

My friend has some smoothies he is going to let me try on it to see how it looks,  Similar to the style of this wheel here.

Not a fan of 18's or any of the "homie" wheels.. I freakin love these though.

Now you just need the red and black bowtie for the grille from the '98 SS instead of the gold one.

Oohoohoo Been trying to pick one of those up for a while now.  They're tough to find in good, non-modified condition (in my experience, at least).  Very nice!

You're right there for sure,  I looked around for a couple of months in every corner.  A lot with high miles, and with tons of things done to it, no clean slates,

Then this thing popped up online for sale right across from my dads shop, 2003 4.3/5 speed Regular cab with 40,xxx miles.

Checked it out, testdrove it, loved it, went to the bank later that week, left 10 grand richer, and spent it all

They even gave me a grand for the quazar GTZ that I picked up for 300 bucks!

There was a primer black Xtreme in my hometown that had smoothies identical to that on it, looked super awesome.  It even rubbed off on a few people in the areas as I saw the same style wheels pop up on a few other S10s of the same generation.

It's a good look.

Well I haven't seen anyone rocking wheels like this on an xtreme around here yet so hopefully I am the first.  I picked these guys up tonight

I own some wheels now. 100 bucks for all 4 thanks to my good friend Joe, only pictures I have right now with a rough clean up on 2,  When we jammed tonight he brought 1 front and 1 back over to see if I wanted them.  cleaned them up a little and they are just what I'm looking for.

the caps are not pictured.

I got the center caps and the other 2 rims

I agree Raven,  big rims and small rubber is way to played out... time to bring back the 14's and bubble tires here
