My euro spec 94 quad Z26

Well it has been a back and forth for awhile on my part trying to decide if I should sell it, junk it, or try to fix it.

Well no one wanted to buy it. I will get $175 if I junk it and I have over $10,000 into it. Now I'm not stupid I know I will not get out what I have in it but I don't just want to scrap it. I will try to fix it although it may be very slowly because of the money situation.

So here it is my list of what I have one with it since it's been in my care.

How it looked the day I got it.




I started working on it as I could with the help of FLABERETTA with out his help this car would not be what it is now THANK YOU!!

1. New battery (Well DUH!)
2. Z26 wheels and tires (Same from my 90GT that was beyond fixing)
3. New (rebuilt) Engine (Yes it was installed by a shop. and they put in a 95 LO quad in because that is what was in it when I got it.)
4. New A/C compressor (And now the A/C blows ice cold)
5. Replaced struts and springs. (Someone cut the springs that were on it.)
6. Replaced Z04 front bumper (Well look above and see why.  )
7. Replaced hood (I gave the scoop to a more deserving member. )
8. Replaced front seats (The ones in it were gross.)
9. Replaced dash (It was bubbled and cracked.)
10. Replaced dash harness (OH BOY! That was a serious hack job. I could not patch that back together so I had to replace it. )
11. Replaced center console
12. Replaced rear filler panels (Found some mint ones with chrome letters. And I replaced the red reflective tape with white.)
13. Replaced door panels (The ones there were falling apart.)
14. Installed overhead console
15. Installed auto dim compass mirror (Once you get one you never want to be without one.)
16. Custom IDI cover (Thanks again Widget from quad4 forums.)

17. Replaced shift cable
18. Replaced rear spoiler (The one that was there was in a million pieces.)
19. Replaced radio with 99 S-10 CD player
20. Replaced trunk tire cover
21. Replaced trunk carpet
22. Added clear turn lenses
23. Euro spec headlights

24. Euro spec tailights

25. Added clear sidemarkers (all 4)

26. New sunvisors
26. MRZ Performance polished strut bar

27. MRZ Performance shock tower bar (painted Aqua)
Need to find that pic
28. Sunbird shorter shift arm.
29. Corsica interior light with map lights.

There are more things I'm sure. And I will add more pictures soon. But right now it's at the shop that put in the motor to find out exactly what's wrong.

Thanks Sousa for reminding me I need to go by the shop. Last time I drove by it was out in front. But they have not called me yet.

I'm just glad you didn't give in Rod! As I said, the guy across the street has Lupus also. He doesn't work, but does alot around the house. He has good days and bad days. Well, he doesn't build cars, but he did at one time. Love that car, it's one of just a few in the US. Wish you the best man.
