My project Beretta
some of you might have seen my post about this car on bstuff, but I thought I'd make one here as my first post.
This is my 95 base, it needs some work. I bought it wrecked and with no front clip after my old beretta's engine died. The plan was to put the new car's engine into the old one, but I changed my mind after I realized that the new car was much cleaner and in better shape. So, I replaced the front clip and some minor parts on the new beretta using the old car. This beretta has 51xxx miles and seemed to be maintained well by the previous owner.
I am taking it to the body shop on Wednesday and having the frame straightened so the front clip and hood will align correctly. After that, it will be able to get inspected so I can drive it.
Things I want to eventually get for the car:
New paint (original color of light adriatic blue)
New wheels and tires
Eibach lowering springs
window tint
This will be my summer project, I am going to paint it myself.
I can't wait to get it done and see how it will turn out, it may not be very pretty now but once I get new paint it should look a lot nicer.

Welcome to the new bnet
Also remember on your hood, the hinges themselves if you loosen all 4 bolts going from hing to hood, you can move the hood quite a bit to straighten it out. Although being a car that was clipped, it is a good idea to run it on a frame machine to be sure its all ok and will eventually get a decent alignment when done.

Re: My project Beretta
thanks for the welcomes. =)
Anyone have some suggestions for what wheels to look at? I personally like 5 spokes.

16" GTZ rims. Black or silver would look sweet on your Beretta.

If you like the styling of the GTZ wheels but want something bigger, the 17" Audi TT wheels look great!
