Re: Electrical Issues !!!
Did you check all your fuses? I just had something similar to this happen with an '88 Corsica, where the door bell kept dinging. If your fuses are still good, try putting in another door bell thing. Mine had shorted out, and was causing all sorts of other problems (because its wired to 5-6 different things). That might help with the radio and the door bell, but the vent control is vacuum activated. I've had problems with a '95 that lost its vacuum, and it had been up by the battery tray in the engine compartment. If you find the little hard plastic line that goes around the battery tray and up the driver's side of the engine bay- that is the vacuum line for the heater controls. Trace it and find if there is a crack or break somewhere that keeps the vacuum from getting to the inside of the car. Good luck!

Re: Electrical Issues !!!
That thing is wired in to a million different things, all on different circuits! That is weird that someone else had that problem not but a week after I fixed mine! Good timing, and glad to hear its fixed!

Re: Electrical Issues !!!
You have rotted vac lines or broken ones. The section controls are vac controlled and they have a vac line in the engine bay that runs into the harness, and if thats broken or not connected (you noted you had broken vac lines in one of your other threads on bstuff and such) then your selection controls will not work and not change where the air is blowing out.
