looking to swap a 1994 2.2 with a 3400
i am looking to swap a 1994 2.2 with a 3400..what i am wondering is 1.) what is the most compatible 3400 to use 2). what major things will i need to look for or modify 3). is it even worth doing ?

All 3400's have the same compatability.
You will need a V6 donor car to take motor mounts, wiring harness and other misc items possibly needed.
V6 is better than a 2.2 and if your doing a swap might as well find a 96 v6 car to remove all the wiring and motor mounts from... then you have a tunable platform later in life if you wish to do so.

I'd turbo your existing 2.2, then get an Ostrich and use that to tune on your existing computer and prom.
That will be far more cost effective than a 3400 swap, and you'll be faster than virtually every run of the mill 3400 + 4t60e combo.
