high hydrocarbons ..wont pass e-test HELP!!

i have a 1990 beretta 3.1 and i have tried to etest it 3 times now fails everytime and i always have the same readings..... i have changed my whole exhaust new air filter and new spark plugs and wires what else could be causing this??

Posting your readings could help. Try some SeaFoam, put it into the brake booster hose. Are you running a 195 Tstat? My guess is that the check engine light is off.

How high is your HC reading?

i had the high hc happen when i had the Z26 but that was so long ago i really dont remember what i changed to fix it.
i think i changed the O2 and cleaned out the egr and its passages on the uim
