There are parts that come and go over there somewhat more frequently than here.

where you located i ahve a whole kit sittin in my garage minus the mounting brackets for the side skirts but can easily be made

Where in PA? I have a set of Z26 rims with tires and side skirts. Don't have any bumpers though.
