Bfest 2010 Parking Passes!!

Post by quad4berettagtz »

Those of you who were given parking passes for the Turkish-American parking lot:

I recieved a call from the hotel that they only got 4 of these back from us (out of 20).

If you still have one of these, you must contact the hotel and arrange to mail it back to them. Missing ones will probably come out of the group's(my) hide so everyone fess up if you still have one!!!

I'm having a hard time remembering who had them all, and I know they got passed around too on saturday.

Thanks folks!!

Mike this most certainly needs to be accompanied by a letter of thanks and appreciation for the allowances and coopertation they afforded us.

B'Fest letterhead or Asylum Motorsports letterhead, one or the other needs to be sent.

Let me know if you need more from me.

Make sure the Asylum Motorsports letterhead includes the slogan. It is very important.

Mine is in my center console.

I'll call the hotel tomorrow for info unless it is posted here sooner. I've got no problem sending mine back asap with a letter of thank you for being a fabulous host hotel.

Send them back directly to the hotel at:

Country Inn and Suites
2200 S Elmhurst Rd
Mt. Prospect, IL 60056
Ph: 847-290-0909

I'll be talking to Lena, our sales director, tomorrow. I'll let her know that a bunch are on their way!

Thanks guys - I thought I remembered telling everyone to turn them in... chances are we all had something else on our minds (aka - Will's antifreeze!)

Eric - Don't worry, I'll be sending them a big thank you from the group!

I'm pretty sure that I turned it in at the front desk, or left it in the room.

Fuk... I'll mail mine tomorrow.

I found it in my pants pocket when I got home. I never actually used it.

Ok folks, I just heard from the hotel that they only got 8 returned out of 20 parking passes. Is there anyone who still has one of these and needs to turn it in? If we don't get them, we will be paying for them...
