Got my new turbo yesterday

New turbo came in yesterday



Had to adjust the the exhaust turbine to line up with current setup.


Have one issue so far. The bolt spacing on the bracket for the internal waste gate is way off. I need to fabricate a new bracket or something. I got lost of time to figure that out.



I also need a new gasket for the exhaust part. The only ones I have been able to find are for external wastegates.

Its fun having a larger compressor housing when it comes to having internal wastegates. I just put together a larger turbo for my Saab and had the same problem. Nothing a lil welding and redrilling didnt cure
