like the title says im needing a computer for my 95 z26 3100 i believe mine is going out i hate to buy a new one and this not be whats wrong with the car. name a price plus shippin to 30184 white ga if anyone has one out there.. thanks

I'll dig, and maybe I can find my old 95's original ECM... If I do I'll let you know.

Have you had the ECM scanned to see the codes present and the sensor readout's also what are your symptoms.

ok cool and no i havnt had it scanned as i dont have an obd1 reader and not sure where to get one from. the only thing i havent done is the computer

it runs really rough has bad idle problems and bad gas smell when first cranked, thought it could be o2 sensor but it wasnt nor was it the crank or cam sensors also coils and icm are good fuel pressure regulator pump filter and injectors are good and checked out just fine, the main thing that leads me to think it is the computer is how often it does run like this, it always sputters but sometime it wont have that rich smell, and sometimes it will. its so random makes me think the computer is sometimes reading and then other times it aint.

do you no anything else it can be by any chance im clueless at this point

Is that the same computer as the 2.2 with a different eprom? Or is it completly different? Havent played with the 2.2, but i have a computer in a car id let you buy.

Nah, the 3100 has a different computer setup. it's weatherproof and a completely sealed up unit aside from a cover for the knock module. It looks similar to one for a LT1.
