need another L-body.
So.... i'm lookin for a corsica or beretta that runs well. decent condition. no rust. must be 5spd manual. cannot stand auto anymore. my corsica now is the only auto car i've ever owned. dont get me wrong i love my corsica but cant take the auto anymore and friday morning the head gasket went so i want another L-body and keep my corsica around to fix. my max price is 1000 maybe a little over. Thanks Guys.

If I don't get it, it's all yours, if you can get them to budge on the price. It's closer to you than me. Read the WHOLE description, and all the posts, as most questions have been answered. If you have any other ?'s, just PM me. I'd like to see it go to a good home, if it doesn't come home with me.

Also... go on autotrader, there is a 96' base, and an 88 GT, both 5 speeds. They are both a little more than a grand, but I figured I'd let ya know just in case you were intrested. The GT has low miles, and the base is really clean lookin, but says there are small rust holes in the trunk. They are both in PA, not exactly sure how far away they are from you tho. Tough luck on the head gasket man, thats why my name is 2.2H8TA. LOL.

Just a thought here, and I don't say this in every thread like some people on the board....
But you COULD 3400 swap your Corsi and 5 speed swap it. Or 3500 swap with a 5 speed even. That would be unique for sure and have a nice power supply to go with it!

That would be Loner. The white Corsi. Yeah, he was putting some good power and numbers down. Re: need another L-body.
Car was parted out last that I heard of. He never did a trans for it so he just kept blowing up stock 4t60e's and didn't feel like doing another one... not surprising the trans didn't last to say the least but it was a project that could have been amazing if executed fully.
BTW there is one other user on here that did a 3500/5-speed turbo setup and he is planning on switching back to the 60e or the 65e, which ever he can make last, and I suggested he go with the 65e since there are more parts out there for it. He found the 5-speed to be geared more toward a N/A under 250hp application... anything above that and it was just wheel spin crazyness.
