Thanks! Here's a few more. First is the plates, second is the mint floor, and third is a look at where the interior is going

where did you get the dashboard emblem? I like it. My GTU has nothing on the dash. did that emblem come from GM?

Yeah, that's stock for the GTU. I had picked up a second one for the black dash when I swap the interior.

ADKBeretta wrote:This is my 1996 Beretta base coupe. From what I can tell, it's one of the last few off the line and is optioned kind of oddly. It's a 3100 V6, 4speed auto, A/C, cruise, tilt, pwr locks, but manual windows... 14" steelies? It had 82,000 miles on it when I traded my 99 Monte Carlo for it. The kid had lunched the intake gasket on the interstate and the garage that had towed it in told him the head gaskets were shot, so he abandoned it.

A lot of Berettas were optioned out like that actually. My '95 Base has the same options as yours.

I have to say, I love the old school look you have going on. The 15" wheels with white letter tires, headlight covers and bra; it reminds me of much simpler times. My car looked almost identical once, only its black.

In the area I live, there are only three Beretta's left. One is a white 95 Beretta base (like mine) , the other a 90 or 91 Beretta base that is absolutely pummeled.
What got me about this car was that it was like new underneath and the body, although dinged and scratched, was rust-free. The car was titled in Rochester NY, but had a Massachusetts registration in the window... so for it to be so rust free and low mileage, i couldn't pass it up.
I do wish that I had ordered 15" wheels instead of 14" because 1)the wheels I ordered are too narrow for the tires and getting a 215-60-14 Radial T/A is an expensive pain in the buttocks. This summer, I am having my father repaint the car (he's retired and builds hot rods in his all his new spare time) the same color and add a Camaro-style cowl-induction hood, Z28 stripes and a (if I can find it) an X11-style ducktail spoiler.
