Uh oh, I got a feeling who that dude is.

Pretty sure thats the dude from Shelby Township in Michigan that CLAIMS to have worked for C&C and "stole a bunch of stuff" while he worked there and now has it for sale.

Is this a guy to stay away from or do you think he's legit?

He is legit. Not sure what SGR's dealings are. I just think he is annoying.

I'm sorry, is that directed at me?

Jack,

Mixed reviews on this guy from what I've seen in the past. I did try buying some items from him, but after being run around the bush for a couple months gave up.

Some have said they were screwed by him, some like Erich here say he's all good.

I am saying he is Legitimate. He does have information and he has had some of the parts over the years. He buys and sells and has owned some nice Beretta's. His Z26's were excellent and his GTU clone sounded like a decent build. He pissed me off over some GTU mirrors and GTU decals. He has not been apart of the Beretta community but has posted some information. In general the deals are usually one sided and he wants things his way, for little value and when he wants to sell he wants premium. I delivered a part for another member from Decatur IL to Shelby Township back in 2003?

He lives in a decent area up in Sterling Heights?, his wife worked for GM or still does. He could be a decent enthusiast but he's rarely around and annoying. I lost patience with him over the decals. He had found someone to make exact duplicates of the GTU decals for the rear piece but what i got was a single color and he destroyed one of the original sides...and i got a bill for the rear one which was not even proper for a restoration. I had a significant investment into these decals.

I believe he had something to do with the Indy/Convertible spoilers that were sold on the Beretta forums. I think he also had NOS GTU wheels.

I have had a couple of dealings with ken over the years.

He can be quite difficult to deal with, and as Erich has stated, it always seems to be very one-sided and controlling.

BUT he does have some interesting, although very expensive, parts from time to time.

I believe it was his wife that worked for C & C for a time, and he "claims" he pilfered some parts when the whole thing was winding down.

Just be careful, and keep it business-like, and dealing with him should be OK.

I do not trust that Hahn guy one bit. If you give him a chance, he will most likely take advantage of you. As sad as that sounds, it's not uncommon to have that happen looking for "rare" parts. I know that he or someone that he directly knew worked for a collision shop and I found that out by accident (no pun intended) . After finding out he had some GTU parts for sale I made him some fair offers since the parts were not flawless and were repaired. He changed tune fast with my offer and said the price was firm since they were "rare" .. Soon after that (long time ago) I purchased the parts I wanted from Erich (btw thanks again) and was glad I did. I know where the guy stays as its pretty obvious when my friend lived not too far from him and I would see the Beretta's parked outside at random times.

You can take your chances with conducting business with him, but beware that you have been warned!
