Good luck! I'm still missing a Camaro rear seat from the last time my dad did some "cleaning" in his garage.3X00-Modified wrote:I hope I can still find the bar though. I knew it was at my parents somewhere but he's been "cleaning"

Re: Project 91 "SS" 3400/5spd
if Jon can't find the bar i have a Z51 bar i never used you could have for cheap.
the only problem i have with cleaning the garage is remembering where i put everything afterwards. i always end up moving stuff around so then i got to spend forever looking for stuff later down the road...

Same bar upfront, there is a 32 out there but that wasn't on the z51.
So Woody how's the clutch?

Re: Project 91 "SS" 3400/5spd
The clutch feels pretty. I noticed very very slight chatter moving in reverse...not as smooth as the 2 that was in it, or the 3+ in my Camaro, but still seems to be street friendly. I haven't gone far with it yet because the god damn radiator is leaking at the seam from the plastic tank to the aluminum fins on the driver side. It only does it when pressurized and it's only a slight trickle...but it looks like I need to buy a new rad. I dont know what happened to it...it was fine last fall.
It's nice to have wipers though since it's raining again today (like it has the whole last month).

Re: Project 91 "SS" 3400/5spd
I had to get some beauty shots before I put the hood back on. I see the headers are already turning yellow though.
Hopefully I'll have my missing intake pipe back from coating soon too. Hood clearance is tight with just that one, and it's the best fitting one I have.
Checked for a new rad at Napa: $150. So that's not terrible.

Re: Project 91 "SS" 3400/5spd
same manufactures come up for either a 91 or 94-96 beretta(base to gtz/z26)
spectra premium
vista pro
various mfr
the 94-96 one is slightly cheaper.
plus throw in a 5% code and it brings it down a little bit. the code would probably cover the shipping cost, usually does for me.

Re: Project 91 "SS" 3400/5spd
The part numbers are different and so are the hose necks...I'll have to double check and see if I used the 91 or 95 one, I don't remember at this point.
Sweet, I used the 95 one, so that's a grand total of $87 shipped from RockAuto. Cheap!

Great deals...haha. I looked at more like "Son of a bitch! Now I have to replace a radiator that was fine last fall!"
