First time seeing/hearing about one of these, what's the benefit to it? I see it has extra opening in the side that my stock setup doesn't have so I am curious about it.

Its so you can use your old egr with a 2000+ manifold.

I have a tce one laying around too, make an offer on it. Used for about 10k miles
