Swap feeler

To start, this is a feeler type of thing, that I hope to get someone to reply to.
I have a 96' Z26, and this 3100, although it has low miles, and runs strong, has some problems that I attribute to sitting.
What I'm trying to figure out is if anyone in the Northeast area (PA, NY, NJ, CT, MD, ETC.) has a 3400 that they are willing to part with and swap into my car. I'll come to you, if you have the engine and the ability to do the swap.
The engine would have to run, obviously, and be able to get me back home.
I would leave the old 3100 with you to do what you please with/to it.
Not looking for a trans swap or anything just the engine, although if you have a better auto trans than I have I may be intrested in that also. It would have to be the trans that the potential swap motor was matted to. (Whatever trans the 3400's in GA's and Monte Carlos had).
If anyone has what I'm lookin' for, and has the time and knowledge, and is willing to execute this swap properly for me let me know. I will also be looking for a good 3400 myself, but if I find one I'm still gonna need someone trustable to do the swap.
