As for the exterior, any piece on any Beretta will swap over to any other Beretta with a few small exception such as grills. Putting a Z style bumper on a non-Zstyle car will also make for a rather minor issue when it comes to the parking lights fitting well.
As for the interior the same thing goes. The only issue you will have is putting newer style door panel into a car with an older style dash and vice versa (I believe, someone correct me if I'm wrong). The solution? Swap both the panels and the dash.
The only thing to look out for is that the '88 models have some very slight tweaks to some of their pieces that won't go well with '89+ models. '88 was the bastard child year. They made a lot of small upgrades to the car for '89. Things like the washer fluid pump being inside the wiper motor on the '88, but it is on the washer fluid tank in '89.

Some years had seatbelts in the B-pillars instead of the doors. I think 91 was the freak year for that.

Yeah I think the very early models (87/early 88) had B pillar belts. Then 91-93 did as well. All other years should be door mounted.

You can take things off of a Corisca and put in a beretta..lol. I found that out at the junk yard. I have a Corisca radio and hood I believe.

Radio, yes. Hood, no.
