Post by JAWS89GTU »

looking to see if anyone has a new set of filler panels and tail lights, would prefer the beretta to be in red if possible, and am looking for the panels to be the smoked version as im hoping to smoke out the tail lights as well, also last thing a set of smoked front and rear side markers. let me know whats available and how much please. thanks

Eh, the beretta can always be painted in red.

What style are you looking for though? The only ones that were red were the 94 Z26 ones I think. At least that I have seen. As for style, you have clear ones which were from the 93 and older; then you have the newer style which were black plastic, no clear anything.

Indeed I would! I have another set of the black ones that you want, they are not ready to go yet. I was going to polish them like the set I did for Summitbalt08. I also painted the letters red on his and replaced the reflective red decal/stripes with new ones!!! ;)

Sounds good, do you have any pictures? And ace I currently have the clear ones but I think the black ones look better, and I would assume that both are the same size and would fit on an 89 right?

You would be correct.

Hmmmmm Maybe I should trade you. Set of the black ones for a set of the clears you have? lol

Eh, maybe a dumb idea.

Yes, they are the same, for mounting and such. Tell you what, if you find a set to replace them, I may take the old ones off your hands, if I come across a spare set of dark ones, I will let ya know.

Thanks!

My 88 GTU had red letters. It was my understanding that the GTU/GTZ/Z26 models all had red letters but that they just fade very quickly so people repaint them. All the test articles and brochures I have they're painted red as well.
