What kind of muffler do you have?

I just ordered a muffler off ebay. I hope it sounds good but i'm still waiting...god i hate waiting... Its a dtm style stainless steel muffler, I picked it up for 38 bucks

I have a stock myself. The converter is basically straight through. We took everything out. It is basically there for looks so that my car pass inspection. Haha!

i've read every post, and i just can't figure out which i want... i have a 3100 and i'm giong to be getting a high flow cat(whatever is cheap on ebay) and i want a muffler that will give me a deep, yet loud, sound... not ricey.. more muscley?.. i'm thinking either the Borla Turbo or a Dynomax of some sort, which will sound the best? what about a flowmaster delta 40 series?

anyone have any clips of any of these on a 3100 by any chance? that would rock!

40 series delta flowmaster. Sounds awesome. Loud, but not overly loud. Also when I open her up. No doubt it's a flowmaster! A very nice deep tone. Get the comment," That just don't sound like no v6." all the time.

I'm running with custom dual's. I had this back wood's exhaust shop design. No cat's but i do have two turbo mufflers on and boy does that 3.1 purrr.

I took measurements from my friends muffler, he paid 400$ for it and i just made my own in lab class. its a fart can type but i still get an american growl.

When I had the Z26 they were straight pipes out the side. Now with the base it's OEM. Next will be straight pipes out BOTH SIDES with FLAME THROWERS

well i'm running two mufflers no Cat a cherrybomb Glasspack and a non-glasspack cherybomb turbo II. Both of wich cost me 50 total. HOORAH for FLeet Farm!

Other:
i've got a Thrush 2 1/2" glass pack with 2 1/2" pipes with no cat from the motor back to a corvette like quad exhaust. it's LOUD outside, but not bad on the inside!
(I love OBD1 cars!)
