The last statement sounds like your not trying to search or discover the info, my point was if you were doing the 3800SC people can't answer that question you would have to figure it out, and for the 3400 its been answered tons of times on here and there are tons of 3x00 swap guides out there. Its one of those please search responses that you will get.
It bugs me a lot when someone has to repost stuff online since its not like a verbal conversation where info can be missed, its already up here and can be searched for.
I'd like people to use this forum more as a resource rather than just a place to post a question thats already on here.

And there are many more out there.

The motor mount setups are all over this board depending on what year car you have, You have YET to specify that or even post a picture of what you have so we can't help you much yet... Also the trans cable can be adapted by using a Quad 4 throttle box, people have done it, As noted Eric was running a 3500 3t40 so it's possible.
If your letting the engine motor mount differences stop you this quickly I don't understand how you thought you could take on a 3800SC swap... that takes fully custom mounts where the 3400 you just need to pick and choose the right stock ones that will work.
Not exactlly if hes running the older mounts then the 3300 mounts will work to bolt in a 3800 but the rear one will interfer with the powersteering, Only certain 3300 mounts work though not all engine that came with the 3300 has these mounts. I honestlly cant think of the specific mondels that came with these mounts right now but they will come to me

And it being a 95 makes my statement void So yeah with a 95 you'll have to make all custom mounts for the 3800, And like jon (3x00) said with the 3400 it would be just a matter of finding the correct engine mounts off stock cars.

You'd have to find a full 93 harness setup since I know 95 2.2's were OBDI and not OBD1.5 like a V6 was... So I think to keep some other needed items down OBDI would be the way to go. But you could always rape a 96 for the interior harness and the engine bay harness and go OBDII and then just pick which trans you want... 3t40 or 4t60e.

For what it's worth, keep the L4 and cram in a 5spd.
1995 Beretta 2.2L 5spd
0-60: 10.4 seconds
weight: 2756
Vs your beretta auto:
0-60: 11.2
compared to 1995 beretta 3.1L v-6 auto:
0-60: 9.5
weight: 2897
Its a fun combo, not FAST but athletic to say the least. It may be just me, but I have a blast driving that car!

Not for the amateur, but a less costly solution for your transmission controlling problem. you can use it stand alone, and you have complete control. It's also open source, so many of the downloads that you would burn to the board are free.
4T60e anyone?
IMHO I would take a 4 speed over a 3 speed for a street car, since your economy will be better, plus the extra range will get you off the line faster because of the better ratios.
the total on DIYautotune.com is around $260

If you get the right FDR in the 4sp(I had a better FDR in my 90GT) it would be better. Also the 2nd gear is crap in 4sp, way too wide.

Just for the hell of it.
How many years did that take? How much HP does it put down? and How quick is it in the 1/4 compared to a Forced Induction 3400/3500 setup?
Not ragging on the swap at all, but the 3800SC is so far and few in between that no one has solid info on it being WAY better than building up and/or turbo charging a 3400/3500 which in my mind is easier to fit since most of the stuff can be pulled from the same car and positioned in stock locations... let alone use a full 96 harness and you can tune with a stock engine management system.
