u guys that own cavaliers.....horn doesnt blow

i bought my 05 cav today and now the horn doesnt work. there is no accident reports on the history but it feels like there isnt an airbag in the wheel. the lady i bought it from said it worked a while back but since the car didnt get driven that much she doesnt know anything.

the fuse is good. where is the relay?

Horn Relay is located behind left side of IP (instrument panel). Close to the fuse block.
