There is no way molded on scoops will last.
I don't care how you do it!
Any good bodyman will tell you that trying to get anything but metal to bond with metal, especially given the heat cycles of a hood is like trying to pee into the wind.
If you can find bolt on scoops that will work, but forget about the bonding thing.
Lots of work, and it won't last.
