Me and the gf were already planning on doing a few of those. Mainly marineland, casino niagara, and the whirlpirl aero care.  We also looked at these places.

If you have the time, I would recommend the Niagara Parks' "Adventure Pass." You go to one attraction (we went to the Aero car), park your car, buy the pass, and the tram takes you to all of the attractions. You buy the attractions as a package, save money on that, then you also don't have to worry about parking at every place.
We did this in April two years ago, and there were no lines, so we were able to do it all in under a day. Now June will probably have longer lines, so it will probably take longer. The whirlpool aero car and the Maid of the Mist were my favorites. Journey behind the falls and the butterfly conservatory were yawners (but the wife and kids liked them.)
We also spent a fun evening at a (family) dinner show called "Oh Canada Eh?"

Only in Canada can you go to a dinner show with "eh?" in the title...
