Registration Closing Date
Hello all,
Based on when we need to have our t-shirt order in, we have decided upon a closing date for registration. Bfest registration will close at the end of the day SATURDAY, MAY 31.
What does this mean for you? What this means is that all registrations MUST be accepted AND PAID IN FULL by the end of the day on May 31st. Please understand that we need to have the money for t-shirt orders to be able to be placed, so please pay promptly!
Late registrations, and payments, MUST be cleared on a case by case basis by either myself or Cliff Scott. Also please note that if your payment is late, we cannot guarantee that your t-shirt will be ordered in time, and since we do not offer refunds it is imperative that you pay on time to get your shirt! A limited number of shirts will be available for sale at Bfest, but that will be on a first come first serve basis only.

Just a reminder for those of you who have not paid yet!!! I know there are quite a few people that I know will be attending and have yet to pay their registration, including too many committee members ;) BE SURE TO GET YOUR PAYMENT IN ASAP!! If not, you will not be able to get the t-shirts that you have ordered, NO EXCEPTIONS! Please get payment in NOW!
